The Arizona Sundogs of the Central Hockey League (whaaaaa?) have permanently suspended all hockey operations until further notice after a stunt to raise ticket sales completely backfired.
The Sundogs General Manager, Chris Presson and the team’s owner, Brad Fain buried themselves in a dumpster, 8 feet underground and vowed to NOT come out until they sold 300 season tickets.
After over 100 hours of time in the dumpster, the team has not reached it’s goal and has now officially shut down team operations until further notice.
