The Cleveland Browns Are…….UGH

“Classic Browns”

The Baltimore Ravens won tonight 33-27, or……er……..well………more accurately the Cleveland Browns played a football game and God’s will was thrown down upon thee 33 points to 27 points with an ending that rivals the straight-to-black Sopranos ending…..leaving everyone rubbing their heads in disbelief until hair ran away from their forehead.

Defensive End Brent Urban blocked a potential game-winning 51-yard field goal attempt, THEN Will Hill returned it 64 yards for a touchdown as time expired to prove that God probably hates the city of Cleveland.  The upside for Cleveland fans?  Hey, at least you STILL have Lebron James…..right?

At least twitter was kind to Browns fans:

Star Wars Trailer Aired on MNF…oh and there was a game too

The “Star Wars – The Force Awakens” trailer was the most exciting part of Monday Night Football last night.  During which a battle of bad vs. bad between the New York Giants and the Philadelphia Eagles was forced upon us all.

DeMarco Murray ran for 108 yds and 1 rushing TD last night in Philly.

The better of the bad (Eagles) came out with the win 27-7, solidly clinching a strong-hold on first place in the NFC East at 3-3.  I mean, someone HAS to win this division right?  Looks like 8-8 will win you the NFC East and get ya in the playoffs this season!!

Yay for mediocrity!

Dead Man Walking

The New York Jets lost with football sobriety last night to the Offense-less Miami Dolphins 19-16, falling to 2-10 on the season.

Rex Ryan seemed on the verge of tears in the post-game interview when asked about his team’s performance and the decision to re-start Geno Smith at QB.  The Jets had a specific game-plan in place for the match-up with the Dolphins:  DON’T LET GENO THROW THE BALL.

New York rushed the ball 49 times for 277 yds, Geno Smith went 7-13 passing for 65 yds total and somehow miraculously STILL managed to throw an INT late in the fourth quarter making him the worst football player in a green and white uniform since:

Questions for New York Jets fans:

Rex Ryan HAS to be done after this season right?

Geno has to be done too right?

Is Joe Namath still alive?  Can he play QB?

How good does Mark Sanchez look right now huh?

Percy Harvin trade really working out well for ya too?
